TOUR CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This contract is concluded between the participant purchasing the tour service and IZM TRANSPORT TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The contract regulates the scope of the package tour service purchased by the participant within the framework of the Great GAP & Eastern Anatolia Tour, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. TOUR INFORMATION
Tour: Great GAP & Eastern Anatolia Tour
Duration: 10 Days / 10 Nights
Transportation: Bus
Starting point: Izmir
Tour price: Current price specified in the system at the time of reservation.
4. ROUTE
Izmir – Adana – Gaziantep – Halfeti – Sanliurfa – Gobeklitepe – Nemrut – Diyarbakir – Mardin – Midyat – Hasankeyf – Bitlis – Tatvan – Lake Van – Muradiye – Ishak Pasha Palace – Ani – Kars – Sarikamis – Erzurum – Kemaliye – Munzur – Ovacik – Tunceli – Elazig – Harput – Malatya – Darende – Kayseri – Cappadocia – Izmir.
5. TRANSPORTATION
The tour is conducted by bus. Departure points and times are specified in the tour program. Transportation times may change due to road conditions, traffic, weather conditions, and operational reasons.
6. ACCOMMODATION
The tour includes 9 nights of accommodation. Accommodation takes place in contracted facilities meeting the standards foreseen for the tour, determined based on availability on the tour date and operational planning.
7. MEAL PLAN
The tour includes 9 breakfasts and 8 dinners (excluding Urfa). Lunches and personal food and beverage expenses are not included.
8. INCLUDED SERVICES
Round-trip transportation, specified sightseeing tours and excursions, 9 nights of accommodation, 9 breakfasts, 8 dinners, professional guiding, and travel insurance are included.
9. EXCLUDED SERVICES
Museum, archaeological site, and national park entrance fees, lunches, extra boat tours, Nemrut minibus, balloon rides, ATV, Sira Night, Caucasus Night, and personal expenses are not included.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
The order of the program may be changed due to weather conditions, road status, security, working conditions of visit points, congestion, or operational reasons. Program changes may be applied while maintaining the general scope of the tour.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Activities specified as extra in the program are subject to the participant's preference, and relevant fees are not included in the tour price.
12. MUSEUM AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE ENTRANCES
Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, and national parks are the responsibility of the participant.
13. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour fee is applied based on the current price specified in the system at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour fee can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed in the vehicle on the day of the tour.
14. PRICE CHANGES
Changes that may occur in taxes, transportation costs, accommodation costs, or service provider prices are evaluated within the framework of applicable legislation and reservation conditions.
15. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is provided within the scope of the tour. The coverage and guarantee conditions of the insurance are applied according to the provisions specified in the relevant policy.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation and refund procedures are applied within the scope of Izmir Gezi Dunyasi's current cancellation, refund, date change, and transfer policies. For domestic bus tours with 4 nights or more accommodation, the rule related to the relevant category is taken into account.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied to special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's Eve, promotional, and campaign products.
18. RESERVATION TRANSFER
Transfer requests are evaluated according to the current reservation transfer conditions. Transfers cannot be made for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, and discounted products.
19. HEALTH AND DEATH CASES
Special health conditions and death cases are examined according to current special evaluation provisions upon submission of necessary official documents.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant does not appear at the start of the tour and fails to establish contact, the reservation may be cancelled. In this case, no refund is made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
In cases where sufficient participation is not achieved, compelling reasons, security issues, weather conditions, or operational situations preventing the provision of the service, the tour date may be changed or the tour may be cancelled. In this case, the participant's rights are determined according to applicable legislation and applicable package tour conditions.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, extraordinary weather conditions, transport obstacles, and other compelling reasons developing outside the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to comply with the specified departure times, follow instructions given by the guide and tour staff for safety purposes, and refrain from behaviors during the tour that would violate the travel rights of other participants.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The protection of the participant's personal belongings is their own responsibility. Necessary notifications will be made regarding items forgotten or lost in the vehicle, hotel, or visit points, but the agency cannot be held liable for the loss of personal belongings.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
Necessary transportation and operational information is conveyed to the participant before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their contact information is correct and up-to-date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
Minors must participate in the tour with the necessary guardian or legal representative consent.
27. PERSONAL DATA
The participant's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation for the purpose of creating the reservation, providing tour services, fulfilling legal obligations, and carrying out necessary operational processes with relevant service providers.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from consumer legislation and current legal regulations regarding package tour services are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of this contract, current relevant consumer legislation, package tour regulations, and legislation related to travel agencies shall be taken as a basis.
30. CONTRACT COPY
The participant may keep a copy of the contract in electronic or written form.

32. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they have read and accepted the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, and cancellation-refund provisions.
