PACKAGE TOUR / TOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This agreement is between the participant purchasing the tour service and the service provider IZM TAŞIMACILIK TURZİM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of the agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's utilization of the West Black Sea and Yedigöellers Tour organized by Izmir Tour World.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as 2 days / 1 night. Within the scope of the bus tour departing from Izmir, the route includes Abant Lake, Amasra, Safranbolu, Yedigöller National Park, and Gölcük Lake.
4. TOUR ROUTE
Izmir → Abant Lake → Amasra → Safranbolu → Yedigöller National Park → Gölcük Lake → Izmir
5. TRANSPORTATION
The tour is conducted by bus. Depending on the number of participants, one of the modern tourism vehicles with 19, 31, 35, or 46 seats may be used.
6. ACCOMMODATION
The tour includes 1 night of hotel accommodation. Accommodation is carried out in an affiliated facility of the expected standard of the tour, determined based on availability on the tour date and operational planning.
7. MEAL PLAN
Includes 1 breakfast and 1 dinner at the hotel. Breakfasts and lunches taken on the road are not included in the tour fee.
8. SERVICES INCLUDED
Luxury transportation and all sightseeing tours, 1 night hotel accommodation, 1 breakfast at the hotel, 1 dinner, professional guiding, all highway and parking fees, and mandatory travel insurance are included.
9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Museum, historical site, and national park entrance fees, breakfast and lunches taken on the road, Yedigöller entrance and minibus fees, personal expenses, and Zipline and ATV activities are not included.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
The guide may make changes to the flow of the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, and similar force majeure reasons.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Zipline and ATV activities are not included in the tour fee. Participants wishing to benefit from these activities must pay the relevant fees separately.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
Museum, historical site, and national park entrance fees, as well as Yedigöller National Park entrance and minibus fees, are not included in the tour fee. The source page does not specify a separate price for these services.
13. TOUR FEE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour fee can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the day of the tour in the vehicle. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the reservation date is valid. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This tour falls under the category of domestic bus tours with 1–3 nights of accommodation. Cancellation requests made at least 5 days before the tour date are evaluated within the scope of full refund. In cancellations made 4 days or less before the tour date, no refund will be made.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation terms of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied to special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's Eve, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
Written notification is required within 12 hours from the reservation for transferring the reservation to another person. The same reservation type must be maintained. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or first-degree relatives that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be evaluated specially. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be communicated within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant fails to be present at the start of the tour and does not communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund will be made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be realized due to operational necessity, insufficient participation, or force majeure reasons, options applicable to the participant will be communicated.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, serious weather conditions, cessation of transportation, and similar situations outside the control of the parties are evaluated as force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the specified departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that will hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal belongings.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant is informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that contact information provided during reservation is up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service realization is processed within the scope of relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from the currently effective consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the agreement, currently effective consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as basis.
30. AGREEMENT COPY
The participant may request a copy of the agreement digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment terms, cancellation and refund conditions, date change and transfer conditions.
