TOUR CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This contract is concluded between the participant purchasing the tour service and IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The contract regulates the scope of the package tour service purchased by the participant within the Cappadocia Tour, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. TOUR INFORMATION
Tour: Cappadocia Tour
Duration: 1 Night / 2 Days
Transportation: Bus
Starting Point: Izmir
Tour Price: Current price specified in the system at the time of reservation.
4. ROUTE
Izmir – Ihlara Valley – Kaymakli Underground City – Uchisar – Guvercinlik Valley – Avanos – Pasabag – Devrent Valley – Urgup – Three Beauties – Cappadocia – Goreme Open Air Museum – Izmir.
5. TRANSPORTATION
The tour is conducted by bus. Departure points and times are specified in the tour program. Transportation times may change due to road conditions, traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
6. ACCOMMODATION
The tour includes 1 night of accommodation in the Cappadocia region at a 5-star hotel standard. Accommodation will be provided at an affiliated facility meeting the specified standard based on availability on the tour date and operational planning.
7. MEAL PLAN
The tour includes 1 breakfast and 1 dinner. Lunches are not included.
8. SERVICES INCLUDED
Round-trip transportation, 1 night accommodation, 1 breakfast, 1 dinner, balloon viewing tour, professional guide with official badge, and travel insurance are included.
9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Lunches, entrance fees to museums and historical sites, ATV Safari, Horse Safari, Sunrise Jeep Safari, Vintage Motor Safari, hot air balloon flight, Turkish Night, and personal expenses are not included.
10. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
ATV Safari 1,000 TL, Horse Safari 1,000 TL, Sunrise Jeep Safari 1,500 TL, Vintage Motor Safari 1,250 TL, and Turkish Night 1,750 TL are specified in the source tour program. The price for the hot air balloon flight is not specified on the source page. Participation in extra activities is not mandatory.
11. MUSEUM AND HISTORICAL SITE ENTRANCE FEES
Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are the responsibility of the participant.
12. PROGRAM CHANGES
The order of the program may be changed due to weather conditions, road status, security, working conditions of visit points, congestion, or operational reasons.
13. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour fee is applied based on the current price specified in the system at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour fee can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the day of the tour on the vehicle.
14. PRICE CHANGES
Changes that may occur in taxes, transportation, accommodation, or service provider costs are evaluated within the framework of applicable legislation and reservation conditions.
15. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is provided within the scope of the tour. The coverage of the insurance is applied according to the terms specified in the relevant policy.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation and refund procedures are applied within the framework of Izmir Gezi Dunyasi's current cancellation, refund, date change, and transfer policies. This tour falls under the category of domestic bus tours with 1–3 nights of accommodation.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change requests are evaluated within the framework of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied to special dates, holidays, school breaks, festivals, New Year's Eve, promotional, and campaign products.
18. RESERVATION TRANSFER
Transfer requests are evaluated according to the current reservation transfer conditions. Transfers cannot be made for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, and discounted products.
19. HEALTH AND DEATH SITUATIONS
Special health conditions and death cases are examined according to current special evaluation provisions upon submission of necessary official documents.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant does not appear at the start of the tour and fails to communicate, the reservation may be cancelled. In this case, no refund is made.
21. AGENCY'S CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
In cases of insufficient participation, compelling reasons, security issues, weather conditions, or operational situations preventing the execution of the service, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, extraordinary weather conditions, transportation obstacles, and other compelling reasons occurring outside the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the specified departure times and follow instructions given by the guide and tour staff for safety purposes.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The protection of the participant's personal belongings is their own responsibility.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
Necessary transportation and operational information is conveyed to the participant before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their contact information is correct and up-to-date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
Participants under 18 years of age must participate in the tour with the necessary parental or guardian consent.
27. PERSONAL DATA
The participant's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation for the purpose of reservation and the provision of tour services.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from consumer legislation and package tour regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of this contract, current consumer legislation, package tour regulations, and travel agency legislation shall be taken as the basis.
30. CONTRACT COPY
The participant may keep a copy of the contract in electronic or written form.

32. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant declares that they have read and accepted the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, and cancellation-refund provisions by completing the reservation process.
