PACKAGE TOUR / TOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This agreement is between the participant purchasing the tour service and the service provider IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of the agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's use of the Fethiye Lycian Holiday service organized by Izmir Tour World.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as 3 days / 2 nights. Within the scope of the bus tour departing from Izmir, the route includes Fethiye, Olu Deniz, Belcekiz, 12 Islands, Tlos Ancient City, and Saklikent Canyon.
4. TOUR ROUTE
Izmir – Gökova – Fethiye – Olu Deniz – Belcekiz – 12 Islands – Yassica Island – Kizil Ada – Tavsan Island – Tlos Ancient City – Saklikent Canyon – Izmir
5. TRANSPORTATION
The tour is carried out by bus departing from Izmir. Vehicles may be 19, 31, 35, or 46 seats depending on the number of participants.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for 2 nights is provided in partner hotels in Fethiye. The exact accommodation facility is determined based on availability on the tour date and operational planning.
7. MEAL PLAN
Includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners. Breakfast and lunch on the first day are not included.
8. SERVICES INCLUDED
Round-trip transportation, 2 nights accommodation in Fethiye, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, 2 activity lunches, full-day 12 Islands Boat Tour, Jeep Safari, and professional guide services are included.
9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Personal expenses, breakfast on the first day, and lunch on the first day are not included.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Changes may be made to the program order due to weather, road conditions, traffic, sea conditions, activity operations, or similar necessities.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Paragliding, Ringo Rafting, and optional night entertainment are not included in the tour price.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
If there are museum, historical site, or activity entrance fees charged additionally within the scope of the program, they are not included in the tour price.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour price can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the tour day on the bus. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the reservation date is valid. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
There is no travel health insurance service specified separately on the source tour page.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This tour falls under the category of domestic bus tours with 1–3 nights accommodation. In cancellation requests made in writing at least 5 days before the tour date, the full amount is refunded. No refund is made for cancellations made 4 days or less before the tour date.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation terms of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied to special dates, holidays, school breaks, festivals, New Year's, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. RESERVATION TRANSFER
Written notification is required within 12 hours from the reservation for transferring the reservation to another person. The same reservation type must be maintained. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be evaluated specially. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be sent within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant does not appear at the start of the tour and fails to communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund is made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be realized due to operational necessity, insufficient participation, or force majeure, options applicable to the participant will be communicated.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, severe weather conditions, suspension of transport, and similar situations outside the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the designated departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that would hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal belongings.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant is informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that contact information provided during reservation is up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service realization is processed in accordance with relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from current consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the agreement, current consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as basis.
30. AGREEMENT COPY
The participant may request a copy of the agreement digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment terms, cancellation and refund conditions, date change and transfer conditions.
