Para crear una reserva, solo tiene que enviar una solicitud introduciendo sus datos personales.
Una vez recibida su solicitud, nuestro equipo la revisará y aprobará. Después de que se apruebe su solicitud de reserva, se le enviará la información necesaria para realizar el pago.

Puede crear su reserva sin realizar un pago en línea.
Después de que se apruebe su solicitud de reserva, podrá realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria o EFT utilizando los datos de la cuenta bancaria que se le enviarán.
Después del pago, solo tiene que compartir con nosotros el comprobante.

PACKAGE TOUR / CONTRACT FOR TOUR SERVICES
1. PARTIES

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's use of the Eskişehir & Odunpazarı Tour service organized by İzmir Gezi Dünyası.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as a one-day trip. Within the scope of the bus tour departing from İzmir, the route includes Eskişehir, Odunpazarı, Porsuk River, Devrim Arabası, and Sazova Park.
4. TOUR ROUTE
İzmir – Eskişehir – Odunpazarı Houses – Wax Museum – Porsuk River – Devrim Arabası – Sazova Park – İzmir
5. TRANSPORTATION
The tour is carried out by bus departing from İzmir. Vehicle capacity may be 19, 31, 35, or 46 seats depending on the number of participants. Specific seat numbers are not guaranteed.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Since this tour is organized as a day trip, there is no accommodation service.
7. MEAL PLAN
A spread breakfast is included in the tour fee. Lunch is not included in the tour fee.
8. INCLUDED SERVICES
Round-trip transportation, professional guide with badge, spread breakfast, mandatory travel insurance, and onboard refreshments are included.
9. EXCLUDED SERVICES
Lunch, entrance fees to museums and historical sites, and personal expenses are not included.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Changes may be made to the timing and flow of the program while keeping the entire program intact due to weather conditions, road conditions, congestion at visit points, traffic, failure of guests to adhere to meeting times, or operational conditions.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Gondola rides, boat trips, museum visits, aquariums, zoos, or other separately charged activities are not included in the tour fee.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the tour fee.
13. TOUR FEE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour fee can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the day of the tour on the bus. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the date of reservation applies. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of the contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour services.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This tour belongs to the category of one-day bus tours. In cancellation requests made in writing at least 3 days before the tour date, the full amount is refunded. No refund is made for cancellations made 2 days or less before the tour date.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated under the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied to special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's Eve, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
For transferring the reservation to another person, written notification is required within 12 hours from the reservation. The same type of reservation must be maintained. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or first-degree relatives that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be specially evaluated. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be sent within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant is not present at the start of the tour and does not communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund is made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be carried out due to operational necessity, insufficient participation, or force majeure, options applicable to the participant will be communicated.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, decisions by official authorities, severe weather conditions, suspension of transport, and similar situations outside the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the scheduled departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that would hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal items.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant is informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that contact information provided during reservation is up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service execution is processed in accordance with relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from current consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the contract, current consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as basis.
30. COPY OF THE CONTRACT
The participant may request a copy of the contract digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, date change and transfer conditions.
