Once your request reaches us, it will be reviewed and approved by our team. After your reservation request is approved, the necessary payment information will be sent to you.

You can create your reservation without making an online payment.
After your reservation request is approved, you can make your payment via bank transfer or EFT using the bank account details that will be sent to you.
After completing the payment, simply share your payment receipt with us.

As we walk among the historic Ankara houses, narrow streets, and castle walls, we embark on a pleasant journey into the capital’s past.

Our next stop is the world-famous Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, where we can see thousands of years of Anatolia’s history together.

We continue our journey through history with the founding years of our Republic.
We visit the **1st Assembly Building**, where the War of Independence was directed and the most important decisions of the National Struggle were made.
Here, we feel the traces of the National Struggle and the founding process of our Republic up close.
🏛️ 2ND ASSEMBLY – REPUBLIC MUSEUM
We then proceed to the **2nd Assembly Building**, which witnessed the early years of our Republic.
In this historic building, where important decisions in the history of our Republic were made, we discover traces of the founding period of the new Türkiye.

And the most meaningful stop of the day…
We arrive at **Anıtkabir, the eternal resting place of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic**.
We proceed from Anıtkabir’s magnificent entrance along the Road of Lions, visit the mausoleum, and pay our respects to and express our gratitude for our revered leader.

After completing our historic and meaningful tour of Ankara, we meet at our vehicle and begin our return journey to İzmir.
Our estimated arrival in İzmir is between **23:00 – 00:00**.
We drop our guests off at the departure points where we picked them up and conclude the Ankara program of our **İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir** organization.

IZMIR TOUR WORLD
PACKAGE TOUR / TOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This agreement is between the participant purchasing the tour service and the service provider IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's use of the Eskişehir & Odunpazarı Tour service organized by Izmir Tour World.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as a 1-day trip. Within the scope of the bus tour departing from Izmir, the route includes Eskişehir, Odunpazarı, Porsuk River, Revolution Car, and Sazova Park.
4. TOUR ROUTE
Izmir – Eskişehir – Odunpazarı Houses – Wax Museum – Porsuk River – Revolution Car – Sazova Park – Izmir
5. TRANSPORTATION
The tour is carried out by bus departing from Izmir. Vehicle capacity may be 19, 31, 35, or 46 seats depending on the number of participants. Specific seat numbers are not guaranteed.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Since this tour is organized as a day trip, there is no accommodation service.
7. MEAL PLAN
A buffet breakfast is included in the tour fee. Lunch is not included in the tour fee.
8. SERVICES INCLUDED
Round-trip transportation, professional guide with badge, buffet breakfast, mandatory travel insurance, and onboard refreshments are included.
9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Lunch, entrance fees to museums and historical sites, and personal expenses are not included.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Changes may be made to the timing and flow of the program while keeping the entire program intact due to weather conditions, road conditions, congestion at visit points, traffic, failure of guests to adhere to meeting times, or operational conditions.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Gondola rides, boat trips, museum visits, aquariums, zoos, or other separately charged activities are not included in the tour fee.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the tour fee.
13. TOUR FEE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour fee can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the tour day on the bus. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the reservation date is valid. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour services.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This tour belongs to the category of one-day bus tours. In cancellation requests made in writing at least 3 days before the tour date, the full amount will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made 2 days or less before the tour date.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied to special date, holiday, semester break, mid-term break, festival, New Year's, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
Written notification is required within 12 hours from the reservation for transferring the reservation to another person. The same reservation type must be maintained. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or first-degree relatives that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be evaluated specially. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be sent within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant is not present at the start of the tour and does not communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund will be made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be realized due to operational necessity, insufficient participation, or force majeure, applicable options for the participant will be communicated.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, severe weather conditions, suspension of transport, and similar situations outside the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the specified departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that would hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal belongings.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant will be informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that contact information provided during reservation is up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of the legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service realization is processed within the scope of relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from the currently effective consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the agreement, the currently effective consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as basis.
30. AGREEMENT COPY
The participant may request a copy of the agreement digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, date change and transfer conditions.
