After arriving in Istanbul in the morning, we offer an optional breakfast break for our guests. Following breakfast, we depart for Fener, one of Istanbul’s oldest and most distinctive neighborhoods.
Located on the shores of the Golden Horn, Fener is a special area that carries Istanbul’s past into the present with its historic Greek buildings, old mansions and unique streets.

After our visit to Fener, we see the Sveti Stefan Bulgarian Church, one of the important structures on the shores of the Golden Horn.
With its distinctive architecture made entirely of iron, this historic building stands out as one of the different architectural examples in Istanbul.
🎨 BALAT
We walk from Fener to Balat.
With its colorful historic houses, bay-windowed mansions, narrow streets, antique shops and small cafés, Balat is one of Istanbul’s most photogenic and distinctive neighborhoods.

We continue the day by heading to Taksim Square.
After the Republic Monument, we continue discovering Istanbul’s historic atmosphere by walking along Istiklal Avenue.

After having an open-buffet breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we head to the pier and begin our ferry journey toward the Princes’ Islands.
Following our journey accompanied by views of the Sea of Marmara, our first island stop is Heybeliada.

- If a sufficient number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency has the right to cancel the tour provided that it informs participants at least 2 days in advance.
- If the tour is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded to the participant using the same payment method.
- At the end of the tour, participants will be dropped off at the departure point where they were picked up.
- No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different locations.

İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir invites you on a special exploration that brings together Istanbul’s history, culture, and Bosphorus views. As we tour Istanbul’s neighborhoods stretching from the past to the present, we will walk through colorful streets, see historical structures up close, and experience the unique atmosphere of the Bosphorus.
After picking up our guests from the designated departure points, our journey to Istanbul begins. Upon arriving in Istanbul in the morning, we offer an extra breakfast break at a suitable facility for guests who wish to join.
After breakfast, our first stop is Fener, which still preserves Istanbul’s historical fabric today.
📍 FENER
Located on the shores of the Golden Horn, Fener is one of Istanbul’s oldest and most characteristic neighborhoods. With its historic Greek neighborhoods, colorful houses, old streets, and important religious buildings, the area carries traces of the past into the present and will be one of the most special stops on our walking route.
While exploring the streets of Fener accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we will see;

⛪ SVETI STEFAN BULGARIAN CHURCH
After our tour of Fener, we will see the Sveti Stefan Bulgarian Church located on the shores of the Golden Horn.

Constructed by bringing parts prepared in Vienna to Istanbul and assembling them here, the building is one of the noteworthy spots especially for photography enthusiasts.
🎨 BALAT
We then walk to Balat.
One of Istanbul’s most colorful neighborhoods, Balat has a unique atmosphere with its historic houses, narrow streets, antique shops, art venues, and cafés.

Located right next to the Bosphorus Bridge, Ortaköy is one of Istanbul’s essential destinations with its Bosphorus views, historic character, and lively square.
During our tour of Ortaköy, we will see;

In the final part of the day, we head to Taksim Square, one of Istanbul’s liveliest centers.
After the Republic Monument, we continue exploring Istanbul’s historical and cultural atmosphere by walking along İstiklal Avenue.

DAY 2: HEYBELIADA – BÜYÜKADA – İZMİR
We begin the day with the open buffet breakfast served at our hotel. After breakfast, we head to one of Istanbul’s piers and set off on our journey to the Princes’ Islands in the peaceful atmosphere of the Sea of Marmara.
As we travel by ferry, we enjoy the unique Istanbul skyline and sea views, making a pleasant journey toward the islands.
🌿 HEYBELIADA
Our first island stop is Heybeliada.
With its natural beauty, pine trees, historic buildings and quiet streets, the island offers a special atmosphere for those wishing to get away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Having hosted important figures throughout history, Heybeliada offers us an enjoyable exploration accompanied by our guide.
During our tour, we will see;

and take photo breaks.
After our approximately 1–1.5-hour island tour, we board the ferry and head to Büyükada, the largest of the Princes’ Islands.

🚌 TRANSPORTATION & DEPARTURE
- Transportation for our tour may be provided by minibus, midibus or bus, depending on the number of participants.
- The departure times stated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact departure point, time and guide information will be sent via SMS before the tour.
- At the end of the tour, our guests will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle at the beginning of the tour.
- Passengers are not dropped off at different points outside the itinerary, and special stops are not made.
- Tour end times may not coincide with public transportation schedules. It is important to plan your return accordingly.
🏨 ACCOMMODATION
- Accommodation may be provided at the 5★ Wish More Hotel or an equivalent hotel of the same standard.
- Especially during busy periods, the hotel may be changed and the group may be divided among different hotels.
- Room allocation is determined by the hotel providing the accommodation, not by the agency.
- In three-person rooms, the third bed may be a fold-out/extra bed instead of a standard bed.
🍽️ MEALS
- The tour includes 1 breakfast and 1 dinner.
- Meals additionally specified in the itinerary and personal food expenses during the tour are the responsibility of the guest.
- Meals or activities offered as extras are not included in the tour price.

- The itinerary may be changed due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at points of visit and similar unforeseeable reasons.
- Our guide may make the necessary changes to the itinerary in order to ensure that the tour proceeds smoothly.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND
- For domestic tours with 1–3 nights of accommodation conducted by bus, the fee is refunded in accordance with the method of payment for cancellation requests made up to 5 days before the start of the service.
- No refund is provided for cancellation requests made 4 days or less before the start of the service.
- A participant's request to change the date may be considered a cancellation.
- Different cancellation/transfer conditions may apply to promotional, discounted and special-period products.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to define the scope of transportation, accommodation, meals, guidance, and other services specified in the program offered under the Eskisehir & Ankara Tour organized by IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY under the brand IZMIR TOUR WORLD, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties and reservation conditions.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour name is Eskisehir & Ankara Tour, and the tour duration is 1 night and 2 days. The tour departs from Izmir and includes 1 night accommodation in Eskisehir. Transportation may be provided with modern and comfortable vehicles accommodating 19, 31, 35, or 46 passengers, depending on the number of participants.
4. TOUR ROUTE
Within the scope of the tour, historical, cultural, and tourist sites of Ankara and Eskisehir are visited. The Ankara program includes Ankara Castle, Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, 1st Parliament/Kurtuluş War Museum, 2nd Parliament/Republic Museum, Anitkabir, and Kurtuluş War Museum. The Eskisehir program includes Porsuk River, Doctors Street, Bars Street, Kentpark, Odunpazari, Kursunlu Complex, Atlihan Handicrafts Bazaar, Wax Figures Museum, and Sazova Science Art Culture Park. In the Sazova program, areas such as Fairy Tale Castle, Pirate Ship, Eti Underwater World, Zoo, and Tropical Center can be seen.
5. TRANSPORTATION
Our tour is carried out with modern and comfortable vehicles accommodating 19, 31, 35, or 46 passengers, depending on the number of participants. The type of vehicle to be used may be determined according to the number of participants and operational planning. Departure points and departure times will be communicated to participants after reservation. Participants must be present at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. There is no guarantee of a specific seat number inside the vehicle, and vehicle/seat arrangements may be made according to the order of registration.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Within the scope of the tour, 1 night accommodation is provided in central Eskisehir. The accommodation facility is determined based on availability on the reservation date. In case of operational necessity, an equivalent facility of the same standard may be used.
7. MEAL PLAN
Within the scope of the tour, there is 1 breakfast at the hotel and an evening meal specified in the program. The evening meal is held at Ciğerci Ahmet accompanied by a traditional Turkish night show. Lunches and beverages consumed during meals are not included in the tour fee.
8. SERVICES INCLUDED
1 night accommodation, 1 breakfast at the hotel, evening meal at Ciğerci Ahmet accompanied by a traditional Turkish night show, round-trip transportation with new model vehicles, professional Turkish language guiding, sightseeing tours specified in the program, and mandatory travel insurance are included in the tour fee.
9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Lunches, beverages consumed during meals, personal expenses, extra activities specified in the program, and entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the tour fee. Fees for optional activities such as the Porsuk River gondola ride are borne by the participant.
10. CHANGES IN THE TOUR PROGRAM
The tour program may change due to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, congestion at museums and visitation points, or operational reasons. The guide and agency may make necessary changes in the order of visits or program times to ensure the safe and healthy execution of the tour. Due to weather conditions, some side stops or open-air visits may not be realized.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Extra activities not included in the tour fee in the tour program depend on the participant's request. Fees for extra activities such as the Porsuk River gondola ride are covered by the participant. The realization of extra services depends on regional conditions and availability.
12. MUSEUMS AND HISTORICAL SITES
Entrance fees for museums and historical sites included in the program are not included in the tour fee. It is recommended that participants benefit from the current MuzeKart applications. MuzeKart can only be used by Turkish citizens who meet the relevant conditions.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The lowest per-person starting price is specified as 5,749 TL on the source page. The price on the source page is the starting price specified subject to sufficient capacity conditions and may differ from the current price on the reservation date. To finalize the reservation, 25% of the total tour fee must be paid as a deposit. The remaining 75% must be completed before the tour begins. Payment can be made via bank transfer/EFT or other payment methods offered during reservation.
14. PRICE CHANGE
Changes may occur in tour prices before the reservation is finalized. Price changes applied after final reservation are evaluated within the framework of applicable legislation.
15. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour. The identity and contact information provided by the participant during reservation must be correct and complete.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
As Izmir Tour World, all reservation, cancellation, refund, date change, and transfer operations are conducted openly and transparently within the determined rules. This tour falls under the category of domestic bus tours with 1–3 nights of accommodation. Cancellation requests made at least 5 days before the start of the tour result in a full refund of the fee. No refund is made for cancellation requests made 4 days or less before the start of the tour. Cancellation requests must be communicated to the agency in writing. Mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change requests are evaluated as cancellation requests and processed within the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour category. Date change requests made within the cancellation period for standard tours are evaluated according to the relevant conditions. No date changes are made for special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's, promotional, and campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
The request for transfer of reservation must be communicated to the agency in writing within 12 hours from the reservation date. The transfer operation must be carried out while preserving the same reservation type. There is no right to transfer for early reservations, promotional, special date, campaign, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
The health condition of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevents normal working life for 7 days and is officially documented may be specially evaluated. In this case, an official health report obtained from a fully equipped state hospital must be submitted to the agency in writing. In case of death, an official document must be submitted to the agency. Documents must be submitted before the service begins. In situations arising after the tour has started, required documents must be communicated within 1 day at the latest.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant fails to be present at the start of the tour and does not notify later participation, the reservation may be cancelled within 6 hours from the start of the tour. In this case, no refund is made. The agency is not responsible for services that cannot be realized due to the participant's lateness or failure to be present at the meeting point.
21. CANCELLATION BY THE AGENCY
In case insufficient participation is achieved or operational reasons preventing the execution of the tour arise, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. If the tour is cancelled by the agency, the participant will be informed accordingly, and available options will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, war, terrorist events, epidemics, official authority decisions, road closures, serious disruptions in transportation, and similar situations occurring outside the control of the parties may be considered force majeure. In case of force majeure, the rights and obligations of the parties will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation.
23. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to comply with the movement and meeting times announced by the guide throughout the tour. The agency is not responsible for visits that cannot be realized due to the participant's failure to be present at the meeting point at the designated times. The participant must comply with safety and organization information provided by the guide and agency during the tour. Participants under 18 years of age must obtain necessary guardian/ward permissions.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The agency is not responsible for personal belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep their valuable items safely. Special attention should be paid to personal belongings in museums, bazaars, crowded tour areas, and inside the vehicle.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
Before the tour, information about the vehicle, guide, departure points, departure times, and other necessary information may be sent to the participant via SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels. It is important for the participant's contact information to be up-to-date and accurate for effective communication.
26. PERSONAL DATA
Identity, contact, and other personal information shared by the participant during reservation are processed in accordance with relevant legislation for the purposes of reservation, accommodation, transportation, insurance, legal obligations, and the provision of tour services.
27. WITHDRAWAL FROM AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The participant's rights to withdraw from and terminate the agreement are applied within the framework of applicable consumer legislation and the conditions specified in this agreement. Mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
28. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
The participant accepts that they have read and understood the tour program, accommodation information, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, and this agreement before completing the reservation process. By completing the reservation, the participant accepts the tour program and contract terms presented to them.
29. LEGISLATION
In the application of this agreement, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Regulation on Package Tour Agreements, Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Association, and other relevant legislation in force shall be taken as basis. In case any provision in the agreement conflicts with mandatory legislative provisions, the relevant mandatory legislative provisions shall be applied. Mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
30. COPY OF THE AGREEMENT
A copy of this agreement is presented to the participant on paper or through a permanent data storage medium. It is recommended that the participant keeps the contract, tour program, and other reservation documents.
