PACKET TOUR / TOUR SERVICE CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This contract is between the participant purchasing the tour service and the service provider IZM TAŞIMACILIK TURZIM TICARET LIMITED ŞIRKETI.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's use of the Izmir Departure Ankara & Anitkabir Tour organized by Izmir Gezi Dunyasi.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as 1 day / 0 nights. Within the scope of the bus tour departing from Izmir, Ankara Castle, Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, 1st Parliament, 2nd Parliament, and Anitkabir are visited.
4. TOUR ROUTE
Izmir • Ankara Castle • Museum of Anatolian Civilizations • 1st Parliament • 2nd Parliament • Anitkabir • Izmir
5. TRANSPORTATION
Round-trip transportation is provided by bus. Depending on the number of participants, a minibus, midibus, or bus may be used.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Since this tour is organized as a day trip, there is no accommodation service.
7. MEAL PLAN
Morning breakfast is included. Lunch is not included in the tour fee.
8. INCLUDED SERVICES
Round-trip transportation, morning breakfast, and professional guide service are included.
9. EXCLUDED SERVICES
Lunch, museum and historical site entrance fees, and personal expenses are not included in the tour fee.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Changes may be made to the implementation of the program or the return time due to traffic, road congestion, fog, weather conditions, and operational reasons.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
No activity with an additional fee is specified in the source program. For Anitkabir Museum, audio guides/headphones can be rented optionally.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
Museum and historical site entrance fees are not included in the tour fee. Using a Museum Card is recommended.
13. TOUR FEE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour fee can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the tour day on the vehicle. Participants can also pay via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the reservation date is valid. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
There is no special insurance service specifically mentioned within the scope of the tour.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
In the category of day-trip bus tours, if cancellation requests are made in writing at least 3 days before the tour date, the full amount is refunded. If cancellations are made 2 days or less before the tour date, no refund is made.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied for tours with specific dates, holidays, school breaks, festivals, New Year's, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
For transferring the reservation to another person, written notification is required within 12 hours from the reservation. The same reservation type must be maintained. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, specific dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be specially evaluated. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be sent within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant does not appear at the start of the tour and does not communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund is made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be realized due to operational necessity, insufficient participation, or force majeure, applicable options will be communicated to the participant.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, severe weather conditions, suspension of transportation, and similar situations beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the designated departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that would hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal belongings.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant is informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to keep the contact information provided during reservation up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service realization is processed within the scope of relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from the currently effective consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the contract, the currently effective consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as basis.
30. CONTRACT COPY
The participant may request a copy of the contract digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, date change and transfer conditions.
