Una vez recibida su solicitud, nuestro equipo la revisará y aprobará. Después de que se apruebe su solicitud de reserva, se le enviará la información necesaria para realizar el pago.

Puede crear su reserva sin realizar un pago en línea.
Después de que se apruebe su solicitud de reserva, podrá realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria o EFT utilizando los datos de la cuenta bancaria que se le enviarán.
Después del pago, solo tiene que compartir con nosotros el comprobante.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's use of the Izmir Departure Ankara & Anıtkabir Tour organized by İzmir Gezi Dünyası.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as a 1-day / 0-night trip. Within the scope of the bus tour departing from Izmir, visits are made to Ankara Castle, Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, 1st Parliament, 2nd Parliament, and Anıtkabir.
4. TOUR ROUTE
Izmir • Ankara Castle • Museum of Anatolian Civilizations • 1st Parliament • 2nd Parliament • Anıtkabir • Izmir
5. TRANSPORTATION
Round-trip transportation is provided by bus. Depending on the number of participants, a minibus, midibus, or bus may be used.
6. ACCOMMODATION
As this tour is organized as a day trip, there is no accommodation service.
7. MEAL PLAN
Morning breakfast is included. Lunch is not included in the tour price.
8. INCLUDED SERVICES
Round-trip transportation, morning breakfast, and professional guide services are included.
9. EXCLUDED SERVICES
Lunch, entrance fees for museums and historical sites, and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Changes may be made to the implementation of the program or the return time due to traffic, road congestion, fog, weather conditions, and operational reasons.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
No additional paid activity is specified in the source program. For Anıtkabir Museum, audio guides/headphones can be rented optionally.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the tour price. The use of a Museum Card is recommended.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour price can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the day of the tour on the vehicle. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the date of reservation applies. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of the contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
There is no special insurance service specifically mentioned within the scope of the tour.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
In the category of day-trip bus tours, if cancellation requests are made in writing at least 3 days before the tour date, the full amount is refunded. If cancellations are made 2 days or less before the tour date, no refund will be made.
17. DATE CHANGE
A date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied for tours with specific dates, holidays, school breaks, festivals, New Year's, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
To transfer the reservation to another person, written notification is required within 12 hours from the time of reservation. The same type of reservation must be maintained. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, tours with specific dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be evaluated specially. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be sent within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant is not present at the start of the tour and does not establish contact afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund will be made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be carried out due to operational necessity, lack of sufficient participation, or force majeure, options applicable to the participant will be communicated.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, decisions by official authorities, severe weather conditions, suspension of transport, and similar situations beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the scheduled departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that would hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal items.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant is informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that contact information provided during reservation is up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of the legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service execution is processed in accordance with relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from current consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the contract, current consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as the basis.
30. COPY OF THE CONTRACT
The participant may request a copy of the contract digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, date change and transfer conditions.
