DAY 1 | IZMIR – GOKOVA – FETHIYE – OLUDENIZ – KAS
Dear guests, after picking you up from our designated meeting points, we begin our Fethiye & Lycia adventure in the comfort of İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir. 🚌🌍
After departing from İzmir, we take a breakfast break at a suitable facility. As our journey continues via Muğla, we proceed toward Fethiye with photo opportunities and short breaks amid Gökova’s unique natural scenery.
When we arrive in Fethiye, we head to Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach, among the region’s most popular destinations. 🏖️🌊 During our free time here, you can enjoy the turquoise sea and the unique Mediterranean views, while guests who wish can discover Ölüdeniz from the sky with an optional paragliding experience. 🪂
After our free time, we gather at our meeting point at the designated time and depart for our hotel. After dinner at our hotel, we have free time to rest or enjoy the evening.
In the evening, we depart for Kaş with guests who wish to join. 🌙✨ During our free time around Kaş Marina, you can explore the lively streets, colorful atmosphere, and the unique nighttime views of the Mediterranean.
After our visit to Kaş, we return to our hotel at approximately 00.00 and rest for the adrenaline- and adventure-filled Jeep Safari we will enjoy the following day. 🚙🌿

DAY 2 | A DAY IN THE HEART OF THE SEA: SULUADA & MEDITERRANEAN BLISS
After starting the day in Olympos with the tranquility of nature, we have breakfast and set our route for Adrasan. After our short journey, we board our boat and begin our maritime adventure, where we will discover the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean.
On this special boat tour organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we spend most of the day in deep blue waters and beautiful bays.

From the moment we set sail from Adrasan, the unique views of the Mediterranean accompany us.
As our boat moves away from the shore, the colors of the sea change, revealing the clear, turquoise waters of Suluada. With its natural beauty and pristine sea, Suluada stands out as one of the most impressive destinations in the Mediterranean.

DAY 3 | IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF KEKOVA: SUNKEN CITY, KALEKÖY & THE MEDITERRANEAN
Following our stay in Olympos, we start the day early and head toward Demre Çayağzı Harbor. Upon reaching the harbor, we board our boat and begin exploring Kekova, one of the Mediterranean’s most special routes.
On this program organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we bring together the blue of the sea and Lycian history along the same route.
🚤 KEKOVA BOAT TOUR – EXTRA
The boat tour we will take among Kekova’s unique bays and historical texture is organized as an extra.
During this journey, we will not only enjoy the sea and the sun, but also discover traces of thousands of years of history from the water.
🏛️ SUNKEN CITY
The Sunken City, one of Kekova’s most remarkable sites, welcomes us with its historical ruins dating back to the Lycian period, part of which lies beneath the sea.
As our boat slowly passes through this area, our guide will tell us about the traces of old structures, stone walls, and stairway remains visible beneath the water.
Seeing traces of the past just beneath the sea as we travel across the calm waters of the Mediterranean will be a truly impressive experience.

We enjoy the clear waters of Tersane Bay, one of the swimming breaks on our boat tour.
Here, we will have free time to swim, cool off, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Mediterranean.

Another stop in Kekova that stands out with its natural beauty is Kaleüçağız Bay.
We take a short break from our boat journey in this bay, surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere and deep blue waters, and experience the beauty of the region up close.
🏰 SIMENA – KALEKÖY
Simena (Kaleköy), one of the most special stops on our route, welcomes us with its historic stone houses and natural beauty.
We walk through the village’s characteristic streets toward the historic castle. After our walk through the rocky and sloping sections, a panoramic view of Kekova Bay awaits us at our destination.
During our time in Kaleköy, you can explore its historic atmosphere and take beautiful photographs.
Free time will also be provided in the area for lunch.

At the final stop of this special Olympos adventure organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we have free time at Adrasan Beach to enjoy nature and the sea.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Adrasan Beach is a wonderful place to conclude the tour with its calm sea and natural beauty.

After our free time in Adrasan, we complete our preparations for the return journey and take our seats on the vehicle.
After saying goodbye to the Mediterranean one last time, we begin our journey back to İzmir.
As we leave behind several days filled with the nature of Olympos, the excitement of rafting in Köprülü Canyon, the turquoise waters of Suluada, and the historical atmosphere of Kekova, we take our beautiful memories with us.
We reach İzmir during the night and drop off our guests at the departure points where we boarded at the beginning of the tour.
Thus, we complete our Olympos adventure organized by İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir.

5. DAY: TRABZON • ATATÜRK MANSION • HAGIA SOPHIA • SUMELA MONASTERY • SAMSUN • İZMİR

After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we begin our tour to discover Trabzon’s historical and cultural riches.
🏡 ATATÜRK MANSION
Our first stop of the day is Atatürk Mansion, located among pine trees in the Soğuksu area.
We tour the mansion, which stands out with its historical architecture, garden, and city views, accompanied by our guide’s explanations.

⛪ TRABZON HAGIA SOPHIA
We then proceed to Hagia Sophia, one of Trabzon’s most important historical landmarks.
We closely examine the architectural details and historical frescoes of this impressive structure, which has survived from the 13th century to the present day.
💎 FILIGREE WORKSHOP
We visit a filigree workshop to learn about Trabzon’s traditional handicrafts.
We observe up close how fine silver wires are skillfully crafted into jewelry and decorative items, and guests who wish may go shopping.

PACKAGE TOUR / TOUR SERVICE CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This contract is concluded between the participant purchasing the tour service and the service provider IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY – Izmir Tour World.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of the contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's utilization of the Airplane Black Sea & Plateaus Tour organized by Izmir Tour World.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as 5 days / 4 nights. The tour departs from Izmir, and transportation from Izmir–Samsun–Izmir is provided via SunExpress direct flights.
4. TOUR ROUTE
Samsun, Bandirma Ferry, Ordu Boztepe, Trabzon, Cat Valley, Zilkale, Palovit Waterfall, Avusor Plateau, Huser Plateau, Ayder, Borcka Karagöl, Batumi, Uzungöl, Trabzon, and Sumela Monastery are the main stops of the tour program.
5. TRANSPORTATION
Outbound and return flights are carried out via SunExpress direct flights. Road transfers within the program are provided by the tour operator.
6. ACCOMMODATION
A total of 4 nights of accommodation will be made: 3 nights in the Black Sea region and 1 night in Batumi. Facilities are selected from partner hotels within the expected accommodation standard of the tour, based on availability on the tour date, operational planning, and route suitability.
7. MEAL PLAN
The tour price includes 4 breakfasts and 3 dinners. The first day's breakfast, lunch meals, and drinks consumed at hotels are not included.
8. INCLUDED SERVICES
Included services are SunExpress direct flights, tours and transfers in the program, 4 nights accommodation, 4 breakfasts, 3 dinners, Batumi transfer, professional guiding, and mandatory travel insurance.
9. EXCLUDED SERVICES
Not included are the first day's breakfast, lunch meals, hotel drinks, museum and historical site entrance fees, museum card, cable car, exit tax for abroad, and extra activities additionally specified in the program.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Changes may be made to the order of the program due to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, border crossings, flight times, regional conditions, or operational necessities. Changes in the program will be implemented in a way that preserves the main scope of the tour as much as possible.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
The total price of the extra plateau tours specified in the program is 4,500 TL. Prices for other extra services such as rafting, zipline, cable car, and Caucasus Night are not specified in the relevant source, and any fees incurred upon participation will be paid separately.
12. MUSEUM, HISTORICAL SITE, AND OTHER ENTRANCE FEES
If museum, historical site, archaeological area, national park, and similar entrance fees are not included in the tour price, they will be covered separately by the participant.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour price can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed in the vehicle on the tour day. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT method.
14. PRICE CHANGES
After the reservation is completed, the fee related to the participant's confirmed reservation cannot be changed unilaterally except under the conditions specified in the contract. Current sales prices apply for new reservations.
15. INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour price. The scope of the insurance and policy terms are subject to the conditions applied by the insurance company.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This tour falls under the category of domestic air tours. Full refund of the fee is made for cancellations made in writing at least 15 days before the start of the tour. No refund is made for cancellations made 14 days or less before the start of the tour.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applicable for special dates, holidays, school breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
Written notification is required within 12 hours from the reservation for transferring the reservation to another person. The same reservation type must be preserved. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be evaluated specially. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be communicated within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant fails to appear at the start of the tour and does not communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund is made.
21. AGENCY'S CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
In cases where the tour cannot be realized due to insufficient participation, operational necessities, inability of transport or accommodation providers to provide services, or force majeure, options available to the participant will be communicated.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, closure of borders, severe weather conditions, cessation of transport, and similar situations occurring outside the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to comply with the tour program, meeting times, and the guide's instructions. They should avoid behaviors that would cause disruption of tour services.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant carrier or facility will be applied regarding personal belongings lost or damaged during flights, transfers, hotels, and sightseeing.
25. BORDER CROSSING
Due to the Batumi program, the participant must carry a valid new-type chip-based T.C. identity card or passport. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that children's identity cards contain photos and to present notarized consent letters when necessary.
26. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant will be informed about departure information, required documents, meeting points, and important preparations before the tour.
27. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
Legal representatives are responsible for preparing the travel documents and necessary consent letters for participants under 18 years of age without missing any details.
28. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for reservation and implementation of the service is processed for the purpose of carrying out the service within the scope of relevant legislation and KVKK.
29. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations in force are reserved.
30. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the contract, consumer legislation in force, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as basis.
31. CONTRACT COPY
The participant may request a copy of the contract digitally or in writing. With the confirmation of the reservation, the participant is deemed to have reviewed and accepted the contract terms.
32. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, date change and transfer conditions.
