After arriving in Istanbul in the morning, we offer an optional breakfast break for our guests. Following breakfast, we depart for Fener, one of Istanbul’s oldest and most distinctive neighborhoods.
Located on the shores of the Golden Horn, Fener is a special area that carries Istanbul’s past into the present with its historic Greek buildings, old mansions and unique streets.

After our visit to Fener, we see the Sveti Stefan Bulgarian Church, one of the important structures on the shores of the Golden Horn.
With its distinctive architecture made entirely of iron, this historic building stands out as one of the different architectural examples in Istanbul.

We walk from Fener to Balat.
With its colorful historic houses, bay-windowed mansions, narrow streets, antique shops and small cafés, Balat is one of Istanbul’s most photogenic and distinctive neighborhoods.

After the Republic Monument, we continue discovering Istanbul’s historic atmosphere by walking along Istiklal Avenue.

İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir invites you on a special exploration that brings together Istanbul’s history, culture, and Bosphorus views. As we tour Istanbul’s neighborhoods stretching from the past to the present, we will walk through colorful streets, see historical structures up close, and experience the unique atmosphere of the Bosphorus.
After picking up our guests from the designated departure points, our journey to Istanbul begins. Upon arriving in Istanbul in the morning, we offer an extra breakfast break at a suitable facility for guests who wish to join.
After breakfast, our first stop is Fener, which still preserves Istanbul’s historical fabric today.
📍 FENER
Located on the shores of the Golden Horn, Fener is one of Istanbul’s oldest and most characteristic neighborhoods. With its historic Greek neighborhoods, colorful houses, old streets, and important religious buildings, the area carries traces of the past into the present and will be one of the most special stops on our walking route.
While exploring the streets of Fener accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we will see;

⛪ SVETI STEFAN BULGARIAN CHURCH

Constructed by bringing parts prepared in Vienna to Istanbul and assembling them here, the building is one of the noteworthy spots especially for photography enthusiasts.

We then walk to Balat.
One of Istanbul’s most colorful neighborhoods, Balat has a unique atmosphere with its historic houses, narrow streets, antique shops, art venues, and cafés.

Located right next to the Bosphorus Bridge, Ortaköy is one of Istanbul’s essential destinations with its Bosphorus views, historic character, and lively square.

In the final part of the day, we head to Taksim Square, one of Istanbul’s liveliest centers.

We begin the day with the open buffet breakfast served at our hotel. After breakfast, we head to one of Istanbul’s piers and set off on our journey to the Princes’ Islands in the peaceful atmosphere of the Sea of Marmara.
As we travel by ferry, we enjoy the unique Istanbul skyline and sea views, making a pleasant journey toward the islands.
🌿 HEYBELIADA
Our first island stop is Heybeliada.
With its natural beauty, pine trees, historic buildings and quiet streets, the island offers a special atmosphere for those wishing to get away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Having hosted important figures throughout history, Heybeliada offers us an enjoyable exploration accompanied by our guide.

- Transportation for our tour may be provided by minibus, midibus or bus, depending on the number of participants.

- At the end of the tour, our guests will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle at the beginning of the tour.
- Passengers are not dropped off at different points outside the itinerary, and special stops are not made.
- Tour end times may not coincide with public transportation schedules. It is important to plan your return accordingly.
🏨 ACCOMMODATION
- Accommodation may be provided at the 5★ Wish More Hotel or an equivalent hotel of the same standard.
- Especially during busy periods, the hotel may be changed and the group may be divided among different hotels.
- Room allocation is determined by the hotel providing the accommodation, not by the agency.
- In three-person rooms, the third bed may be a fold-out/extra bed instead of a standard bed.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the scope of transportation, accommodation, guidance, meals, and other services specified in the program provided under the Sile Agva Abant Yedigöller Ormanya and Mashukiye Tour organized by IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY under the brand IZMIR TOUR WORLD, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties and reservation conditions.

4. TOUR ROUTE
The tour covers the routes of Izmir, Bolu, Abant Lake, Golcuk Lake, Yedigöller National Park, Ormanya Wildlife Park, Mashukiye, Sile, and Agva.
The order of visit points included in the program may be carried out in a different sequence depending on weather conditions, road status, traffic, congestion at visit locations, and operational requirements.
5. TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided by bus throughout the tour.
Local tours specified within the program are included in the transportation service.
Vehicles may be comfortable and modern transfer vehicles with different capacities according to the number of participants.
Departure points and times can be confirmed prior to the tour.
The participant must adhere to the departure point and time stated in the final information sent to them.
The start and end point of the tour is Izmir.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Within the scope of the tour, 1 night of accommodation is provided at the 5-star The Sign Thermal Convention Hotel or a facility of equivalent standard.
Within the scope of accommodation, access to specified free wet areas such as hot thermal pools, indoor pool, mixed spa hamam, traditional Turkish hamam, wooden sauna, steam room, shock shower, and fitness center can be utilized.
Extra services such as professional massage, kese-köpük (exfoliation), VIP private spa rooms, lobby bar, à la carte restaurant, pub, and laundry are not included in the accommodation.

10. CHANGES IN THE TOUR PROGRAM
The tour program may be changed due to weather conditions, road and traffic status, congestion at visit locations, and other mandatory operational reasons.
To ensure the safe and healthy realization of the tour, the guide may make necessary changes in the program sequence, visit durations, or route.
Operational adjustments can be made while preserving the essential nature of the program and the promised main services.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
ATV Safari, UTV Safari, Zipline, and Giant Swing activities in Mashukiye are not included in the tour price.
Agva boat tour is optional and incurs an extra fee.
There is no obligation for the participant to join extra activities.
12. NATIONAL PARK AND ENTRANCE FEES
National park entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
The national park entrance fee is specified as 200 TL on the source tour page.
The Yedigöller minibus fee is specified as mandatory 1,000 TL on the source tour page.
Possible current changes in fees will be evaluated according to the practices of the service provider.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour amount is determined based on the current sales price communicated to the participant at the time of reservation.
A starting price of 5,999 TL per person is specified on the source tour page.
Payment conditions must be fulfilled for the reservation to be finalized.
Payment methods will be communicated to the participant by the agent at the time of reservation.
14. PRICE CHANGE
Changes to the package tour price after reservation can only be made within the conditions and limits permitted by the prevailing legislation.
In case of changes allowed under the legislation, the rationale and calculation method will be communicated to the participant.
15. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is included within the scope of the tour.
It is the responsibility of the participant that the identity and contact information provided during reservation is correct and complete.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This tour falls under the category of domestic bus tours with 1–3 nights of accommodation.
In cancellation requests made in writing at least 5 days before the tour start, the full amount of the fee is refunded.
In cancellation requests made 4 days or less before the tour start, no refund is made.
The date on which the cancellation request reaches the agent in writing is taken as the basis.
Imperative rights arising from prevailing consumer legislation are reserved.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically free of charge.
The participant's request for date change is evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour.
No date change is made for special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's Eve, promotional, and campaign tours.
18. RIGHT OF TRANSFER
The request for reservation transfer must be reported in writing to the agent within 12 hours from the time of reservation.
In the transfer process, the same reservation type must be preserved.
There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotional, special date, campaign, and discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
A health condition of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevents normal working life for 7 days and is officially documented may be specially evaluated.
An official health report obtained from a fully equipped state hospital must be submitted in writing to the agent.
In case of death, an official document must be submitted to the agent.
Documents must be delivered in writing before the tour begins.
In cases arising after the tour has started, necessary documents must be submitted in writing at the latest within 1 day.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant fails to be present at the start of the tour and does not inform the agent of their intention to join the tour later, the reservation may be cancelled 6 hours after the tour start.
In this case, no refund is made.
21. CANCELLATION BY THE AGENT
If the required number of participants is not reached or if operational reasons preventing the realization of the tour arise, the tour may be cancelled in accordance with prevailing legislation and contract provisions.
In case the tour is cancelled by the agent, the participant's rights will be evaluated according to prevailing legislation.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, war, terrorist events, epidemics, travel restrictions imposed by official authorities, serious transportation disruptions, and similar situations occurring outside the reasonable control of the parties may be considered force majeure.
In case of force majeure, the rights and obligations of the parties are determined according to the nature of the event and prevailing legislation.
23. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the movement and meeting times announced by the guide throughout the tour.
To prevent delays in the tour, one must be present at the specified stop at least 5 minutes before the departure time.
The agent is not responsible for missed transportation or visits due to the participant's delay.
The participant is obliged to refrain from behaviors that could negatively affect the safety, comfort, and peace of other guests.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The agent is not responsible for personal belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
Protection of money, ID cards, phones, electronic devices, and other valuable items is the responsibility of the participant.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The phone number of the staff member in the vehicle may be shared via SMS prior to the tour.
The phone number provided by the participant during reservation must be correct and up-to-date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
Participants under 18 years of age must possess the necessary consent letter if they are not accompanied by their parents.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data shared by the participant during reservation; is processed in accordance with prevailing legislation for the purposes of reservation, transportation, accommodation, insurance, legal obligations, and the realization of tour services.
The relevant KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) provisions apply to the processing of personal data.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from prevailing consumer legislation are reserved.
The provisions contained in this contract cannot be applied over imperative legislative provisions.
29. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant accepts that they have completed the reservation process by reading the tour program, accommodation information, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, and this contract.
With the completion of the reservation, the participant accepts the tour program and contract terms offered to them.
Special requests communicated by the participant during reservation and accepted by the agent are an integral part of the contract.
30. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of this contract, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Regulation on Package Tour Contracts, Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Association, and other relevant prevailing legislative provisions shall be taken as the basis.
In case any provision in the contract conflicts with imperative legislative provisions, the relevant imperative legislative provision shall be applied.
31. COPY OF THE CONTRACT
A copy of this contract is presented to the participant on paper or through a permanent data storage medium.
It is recommended that the participant keep the contract, tour program, and reservation documents.
