DAY 1 | IZMIR – GOKOVA – FETHIYE – OLUDENIZ – KAS
Dear guests, after picking you up from our designated meeting points, we begin our Fethiye & Lycia adventure in the comfort of İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir. 🚌🌍
After departing from İzmir, we take a breakfast break at a suitable facility. As our journey continues via Muğla, we proceed toward Fethiye with photo opportunities and short breaks amid Gökova’s unique natural scenery.
When we arrive in Fethiye, we head to Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach, among the region’s most popular destinations. 🏖️🌊 During our free time here, you can enjoy the turquoise sea and the unique Mediterranean views, while guests who wish can discover Ölüdeniz from the sky with an optional paragliding experience. 🪂
After our free time, we gather at our meeting point at the designated time and depart for our hotel. After dinner at our hotel, we have free time to rest or enjoy the evening.
In the evening, we depart for Kaş with guests who wish to join. 🌙✨ During our free time around Kaş Marina, you can explore the lively streets, colorful atmosphere, and the unique nighttime views of the Mediterranean.
After our visit to Kaş, we return to our hotel at approximately 00.00 and rest for the adrenaline- and adventure-filled Jeep Safari we will enjoy the following day. 🚙🌿

DAY 2 | A DAY IN THE HEART OF THE SEA: SULUADA & MEDITERRANEAN BLISS
After starting the day in Olympos with the tranquility of nature, we have breakfast and set our route for Adrasan. After our short journey, we board our boat and begin our maritime adventure, where we will discover the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean.
On this special boat tour organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we spend most of the day in deep blue waters and beautiful bays.

From the moment we set sail from Adrasan, the unique views of the Mediterranean accompany us.
As our boat moves away from the shore, the colors of the sea change, revealing the clear, turquoise waters of Suluada. With its natural beauty and pristine sea, Suluada stands out as one of the most impressive destinations in the Mediterranean.
During the day, we take breaks in 4 different bays.

• As there may be swimming breaks during the boat tour, it is recommended that you bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. 🌊
• Comfortable and season-appropriate clothing is recommended for the Jeep Safari. 🚙
• Free time may be provided during visits to Kaş, Ölüdeniz, Saklıkent, and Patara.
You are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings during visits to natural areas and beaches.
• The accommodation service specified within the tour may be provided at the hotel stated in the program or at an alternative property of the same standard.
• Room allocations are made according to hotel availability and the number of people stated at the time of reservation.
• Extra activities and activities not included in the program are optional and charged separately.
• It is important to follow the specified departure times throughout the tour so that the program can be completed in full.

PACKAGE TOUR / TOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This agreement is between the participant purchasing the tour service and the service provider IZM TAŞIMACILIK TURZİM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of the agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's use of the Cappadocia & Konya Tour service organized by Izmir Tour World.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as 3 days / 2 nights. Within the scope of the bus tour departing from Izmir, the route includes Ihlara Valley, Kaymaklı Underground City, Uçhisar, Güvercinlik Valley, Çavuşin, Paşabağları, Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli, Göreme, Devrent Valley, Three Beauties, Avanos, Sultanhanı Caravanserai, Konya, and Mevlana Museum.

5. TRANSPORTATION
The tour is carried out with luxury buses departing from Izmir. Vehicles may be modern and comfortable tourism vehicles with capacities of 19, 31, 35, or 46 people depending on the number of participants.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Within the scope of the tour, 2 nights of accommodation are provided in Cappadocia. The source program specifies accommodation options such as 5* Crystal Kaymaklı Hotel, Mustafa Hotel, etc.
7. MEAL PLAN
The tour includes 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners. Lunches are not included.
8. SERVICES INCLUDED
2 nights hotel accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, professional guide service, transportation with luxury buses, mandatory travel insurance, and onboard refreshments are included.
9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Personal expenses, lunches, ATV Safari, Horse Safari, Sunrise Jeep Safari, Vintage Motor Safari, Balloon Sightseeing Tour, Balloon Tour, Turkish Night, and museum/ancient site entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Necessary changes may be made to the program due to adverse weather conditions, road conditions, cancellation of balloon flights, or operational necessities.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
ATV Safari is 1,000 TL, Horse Safari is 1,000 TL, Sunrise Jeep Safari is 1,500 TL, Vintage Motor Safari is 1,250 TL, Balloon Sightseeing Tour is 350 TL, and Turkish Night is 1,750 TL. The Balloon Tour is also offered additionally.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
Museum and ancient site entrance fees are not included in the tour price. Using a Museum Pass is recommended.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour fee can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed on the day of the tour on the vehicle. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the reservation date is valid. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included within the scope of the tour.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
The tour falls under the category of domestic bus tours with 1–3 nights of accommodation. In cancellation requests made in writing at least 5 days before the tour date, the full amount is refunded. No refund is made for cancellations made 4 days or less before the tour date.
17. DATE CHANGE
A date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour. Date changes are not applied for special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's Eve, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
For transferring the reservation to another person, written notification is required within 12 hours from the time of reservation. The same type of reservation must be maintained. There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be evaluated specially. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be communicated within 1 day if they arise before the service begins or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant does not appear at the start of the tour and fails to communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no refund is made.
21. AGENCY'S CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be realized due to operational necessity, insufficient participation, or force majeure, applicable options will be communicated to the participant.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, decisions by official authorities, severe weather conditions, suspension of transport, and similar situations beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the scheduled departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that would hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal belongings.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant is informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that contact information provided during reservation is up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service realization is processed within the scope of relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from the currently effective consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the agreement, currently effective consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions shall be taken as basis.
30. AGREEMENT COPY
The participant may request a copy of the agreement digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, date change and transfer conditions.
