Dear guests, after picking you up from our designated meeting points, we begin our Fethiye & Lycia adventure in the comfort of İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir. 🚌🌍
After departing from İzmir, we take a breakfast break at a suitable facility. As our journey continues via Muğla, we proceed toward Fethiye with photo opportunities and short breaks amid Gökova’s unique natural scenery.
When we arrive in Fethiye, we head to Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach, among the region’s most popular destinations. 🏖️🌊 During our free time here, you can enjoy the turquoise sea and the unique Mediterranean views, while guests who wish can discover Ölüdeniz from the sky with an optional paragliding experience. 🪂
After our free time, we gather at our meeting point at the designated time and depart for our hotel. After dinner at our hotel, we have free time to rest or enjoy the evening.
In the evening, we depart for Kaş with guests who wish to join. 🌙✨ During our free time around Kaş Marina, you can explore the lively streets, colorful atmosphere, and the unique nighttime views of the Mediterranean.
After our visit to Kaş, we return to our hotel at approximately 00.00 and rest for the adrenaline- and adventure-filled Jeep Safari we will enjoy the following day. 🚙🌿

DAY 2 | A DAY IN THE HEART OF THE SEA: SULUADA & MEDITERRANEAN BLISS
After starting the day in Olympos with the tranquility of nature, we have breakfast and set our route for Adrasan. After our short journey, we board our boat and begin our maritime adventure, where we will discover the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean.
On this special boat tour organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we spend most of the day in deep blue waters and beautiful bays.

DAY 3 | IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF KEKOVA: SUNKEN CITY, KALEKÖY & THE MEDITERRANEAN
Following our stay in Olympos, we start the day early and head toward Demre Çayağzı Harbor. Upon reaching the harbor, we board our boat and begin exploring Kekova, one of the Mediterranean’s most special routes.
On this program organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we bring together the blue of the sea and Lycian history along the same route.
🚤 KEKOVA BOAT TOUR – EXTRA
The boat tour we will take among Kekova’s unique bays and historical texture is organized as an extra.
During this journey, we will not only enjoy the sea and the sun, but also discover traces of thousands of years of history from the water.
🏛️ SUNKEN CITY
The Sunken City, one of Kekova’s most remarkable sites, welcomes us with its historical ruins dating back to the Lycian period, part of which lies beneath the sea.
As our boat slowly passes through this area, our guide will tell us about the traces of old structures, stone walls, and stairway remains visible beneath the water.
Seeing traces of the past just beneath the sea as we travel across the calm waters of the Mediterranean will be a truly impressive experience.
🏖️ TERSANE BAY
We enjoy the clear waters of Tersane Bay, one of the swimming breaks on our boat tour.
Here, we will have free time to swim, cool off, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Mediterranean.
🌊 KALEÜÇAĞIZ BAY
Another stop in Kekova that stands out with its natural beauty is Kaleüçağız Bay.
We take a short break from our boat journey in this bay, surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere and deep blue waters, and experience the beauty of the region up close.
🏰 SIMENA – KALEKÖY
Simena (Kaleköy), one of the most special stops on our route, welcomes us with its historic stone houses and natural beauty.
We walk through the village’s characteristic streets toward the historic castle. After our walk through the rocky and sloping sections, a panoramic view of Kekova Bay awaits us at our destination.
During our time in Kaleköy, you can explore its historic atmosphere and take beautiful photographs.
Free time will also be provided in the area for lunch.

We explore Kekova not only through its landscapes, but also through its history.
Our guide will explain the history of the region, the Lycian civilization, and Kekova’s unique story as we visit the historical sites from the Sunken City to Simena.

1. PARTIES
This Package Tour Contract is concluded between the package tour organizer/agent, IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY, and the participant joining the package tour.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the scope of transportation, accommodation, guidance, meals, and other services specified in the program provided under the West Black Sea Sile Agva and Yedigöellers Tour organized by IZM TRANSPORTATION TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY under the brand IZMIR TOUR WORLD, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties and reservation conditions.
3. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOUR

The tour price on the source page is stated as a starting price of 9,499 TL per person. The current sales price shall be based on the price communicated to the participant at the time of reservation.
4. TOUR ROUTE
The tour covers the routes of Izmir, Bolu, Abant Lake, Amasra, Tokatli Canyon, Safranbolu, Yedigöellers National Park, Golcuk Lake, Masukiye, Ormanya, Sile, and Agva.
The visit points included in the program may be carried out in a different order depending on weather conditions, road status, traffic, regional conditions, and operational requirements.
5. TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided by bus throughout the tour.
Sightseeing tours specified within the program are included in the transportation service.
Departure points and times can be confirmed prior to the tour.
The participant must adhere to the departure point and time indicated in the final information sent to them.
The tour start and end point is Izmir.
6. ACCOMMODATION
The tour includes 2 nights of hotel accommodation.
Kanyon Vadi Hotel and The Sign Thermal Convention Hotel are specified in the program.
The accommodation facility may be replaced with an equivalent facility of the same standard due to operational reasons or availability.
At The Sign Thermal Convention Hotel, hot thermal pool, mixed spa hamam, traditional Turkish hamam, wooden sauna, steam room, shock shower, and fitness center are specified as free usage areas.
The terms of use for facility services are subject to the hotel's own practices.
7. MEAL CONCEPT
The tour is on a half-board concept.
2 breakfasts at the hotel and 2 dinners at the hotel are included in the tour price.
Morning breakfasts and lunch meals taken on the road are not included in the tour price.
Personal food and beverage expenses belong to the participant.

10. CHANGES IN THE TOUR PROGRAM
The tour program may be changed due to weather conditions, road and traffic status, regional conditions, congestion at visit points, and unforeseen operational situations.
The guide may make necessary changes in the program sequence, visit durations, or route to ensure the safe and healthy realization of the tour.
Operational adjustments can be made while preserving the essential nature of the program and the promised main services.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Zipline and ATV activities that can be realized in Masukiye are not included in the tour price.
These activities are optional.
The participant has no obligation to participate in extra activities.
12. MUSEUMS, HISTORICAL SITES, AND NATIONAL PARKS
Entrance fees for museums, historical sites, and national parks not additionally specified as included in the tour price belong to the participant.
Yedigöellers entrance and minibus fees are not included in the tour price.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour fee is determined based on the current sales price communicated to the participant at the time of reservation.
A starting price of 9,499 TL per person is specified on the source tour page.
Payment conditions must be fulfilled for the reservation to be finalized.
Payment methods will be communicated to the participant by the agency at the time of reservation.
14. PRICE CHANGE
Changes to the package tour price after reservation can only be made within the conditions and limits permitted by the prevailing legislation.
In changes that can be made within the scope of legislation, the rationale and calculation method will be communicated to the participant.
15. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour.
It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct and complete identity and contact information at the time of reservation.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This tour falls under the category of domestic bus tours with 1–3 nights of accommodation.
In cancellation requests made in writing at least 5 days before the tour start, the full amount of the fee is refunded.
In cancellation requests made 4 days or less before the tour start, no refund is made.
The date on which the cancellation request reaches the agency in writing is taken as the basis.
Imperative rights arising from prevailing consumer legislation are reserved.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically free of charge.
The participant's request for a date change is evaluated within the scope of the cancellation conditions of the relevant tour.
No date change is made for special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year's Eve, promotional, and campaign tours.
18. RIGHT OF TRANSFER
The request for reservation transfer must be reported in writing to the agency within 12 hours from the time of reservation.
In the transfer process, the same reservation type must be preserved.
There is no right of transfer for early reservations, promotional, special date, campaign, and discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
The health condition of the participant or a first-degree relative that prevents normal working life for 7 days and is officially documented may be specially evaluated.
An official health report obtained from a fully equipped state hospital must be submitted in writing to the agency.
In case of death, an official document must be submitted to the agency.
Documents must be delivered in writing before the service begins.
In situations arising after the tour has started, necessary documents must be submitted in writing at the latest within 1 day.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant fails to be present at the start of the tour and does not inform the agency that they will join the tour later, the reservation may be cancelled 6 hours after the tour start.
In this case, no refund is made.
21. CANCELLATION BY THE AGENCY
If the required number of participants is not reached or operational reasons preventing the realization of the tour arise, the tour may be cancelled in accordance with prevailing legislation and contract provisions.
In case the tour is cancelled by the agency, the participant's rights are evaluated according to prevailing legislation.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, war, terrorist events, epidemics, travel restrictions imposed by official authorities, serious transportation disruptions, and similar situations occurring outside the reasonable control of the parties may be considered force majeure.
In case of force majeure, the rights and obligations of the parties are determined according to the nature of the event and prevailing legislation.
23. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to adhere to the movement and meeting times announced by the guide throughout the tour.
To prevent delays in the tour, one must be present at the designated stop at least 5 minutes before the departure time.
The agency is not responsible for missed transportation or visits due to the participant's delay.
The participant is obliged to refrain from behaviors that may negatively affect the safety, comfort, and peace of other guests.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The agency is not responsible for personal belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
The protection of money, ID cards, phones, electronic devices, and other valuable items is the responsibility of the participant.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
Before the tour, departure times, vehicle, and guide information may be shared via SMS or other registered communication channels.
The phone number provided by the participant at the time of reservation must be correct and up-to-date.
26. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data shared by the participant at the time of reservation; is processed in accordance with prevailing legislation for the purposes of reservation, transportation, accommodation, insurance, legal obligations, and the realization of tour services.
The relevant KVKK provisions apply to the processing of personal data.
27. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from prevailing consumer legislation are reserved.
The provisions in this contract cannot be applied over imperative legislative provisions.
28. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
The participant accepts that they have completed the reservation process by reading the tour program, accommodation information, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, and this contract.
With the completion of the reservation, the participant accepts the tour program and contract conditions offered to them.
Special requests communicated by the participant at the time of reservation and accepted by the agency are an integral part of the contract.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of this contract, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Regulation on Package Tour Contracts, Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Association, and other relevant prevailing legislative provisions are taken as the basis.
In case any provision in the contract conflicts with imperative legislative provisions, the relevant imperative legislative provision shall be applied.
30. COPY OF THE CONTRACT
A copy of this contract is presented to the participant on paper or through a permanent data storage device.
The participant is advised to keep the contract, tour program, and reservation documents.
