DAY 1 | IZMIR – GOKOVA – FETHIYE – OLUDENIZ – KAS
Dear guests, after picking you up from our designated meeting points, we begin our Fethiye & Lycia adventure in the comfort of İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir. 🚌🌍
After departing from İzmir, we take a breakfast break at a suitable facility. As our journey continues via Muğla, we proceed toward Fethiye with photo opportunities and short breaks amid Gökova’s unique natural scenery.
When we arrive in Fethiye, we head to Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach, among the region’s most popular destinations. 🏖️🌊 During our free time here, you can enjoy the turquoise sea and the unique Mediterranean views, while guests who wish can discover Ölüdeniz from the sky with an optional paragliding experience. 🪂
After our free time, we gather at our meeting point at the designated time and depart for our hotel. After dinner at our hotel, we have free time to rest or enjoy the evening.
In the evening, we depart for Kaş with guests who wish to join. 🌙✨ During our free time around Kaş Marina, you can explore the lively streets, colorful atmosphere, and the unique nighttime views of the Mediterranean.
After our visit to Kaş, we return to our hotel at approximately 00.00 and rest for the adrenaline- and adventure-filled Jeep Safari we will enjoy the following day. 🚙🌿

DAY 2 | A DAY IN THE HEART OF THE SEA: SULUADA & MEDITERRANEAN BLISS
After starting the day in Olympos with the tranquility of nature, we have breakfast and set our route for Adrasan. After our short journey, we board our boat and begin our maritime adventure, where we will discover the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean.
On this special boat tour organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we spend most of the day in deep blue waters and beautiful bays.

Following our stay in Olympos, we start the day early and head toward Demre Çayağzı Harbor. Upon reaching the harbor, we board our boat and begin exploring Kekova, one of the Mediterranean’s most special routes.
On this program organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we bring together the blue of the sea and Lycian history along the same route.
🚤 KEKOVA BOAT TOUR – EXTRA
The boat tour we will take among Kekova’s unique bays and historical texture is organized as an extra.
During this journey, we will not only enjoy the sea and the sun, but also discover traces of thousands of years of history from the water.
🏛️ SUNKEN CITY
The Sunken City, one of Kekova’s most remarkable sites, welcomes us with its historical ruins dating back to the Lycian period, part of which lies beneath the sea.
As our boat slowly passes through this area, our guide will tell us about the traces of old structures, stone walls, and stairway remains visible beneath the water.

Simena (Kaleköy), one of the most special stops on our route, welcomes us with its historic stone houses and natural beauty.
We walk through the village’s characteristic streets toward the historic castle. After our walk through the rocky and sloping sections, a panoramic view of Kekova Bay awaits us at our destination.
During our time in Kaleköy, you can explore its historic atmosphere and take beautiful photographs.
Free time will also be provided in the area for lunch.

At the final stop of this special Olympos adventure organized with İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir, we have free time at Adrasan Beach to enjoy nature and the sea.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Adrasan Beach is a wonderful place to conclude the tour with its calm sea and natural beauty.

After our free time in Adrasan, we complete our preparations for the return journey and take our seats on the vehicle.
After saying goodbye to the Mediterranean one last time, we begin our journey back to İzmir.
As we leave behind several days filled with the nature of Olympos, the excitement of rafting in Köprülü Canyon, the turquoise waters of Suluada, and the historical atmosphere of Kekova, we take our beautiful memories with us.
We reach İzmir during the night and drop off our guests at the departure points where we boarded at the beginning of the tour.
Thus, we complete our Olympos adventure organized by İzmir Gezi Dünyası & GeziFest İzmir.

DAY 5: ŞANLIURFA – HARRAN – BALIKLIGÖL – ADANA – İZMİR
🥐 BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we depart from the hotel and continue our explorations in Şanlıurfa.
🐟 BALIKLIGÖL
Our first stop of the day is Balıklıgöl, one of Şanlıurfa’s symbols and most important points of interest. We take a walk around Halil-ür Rahman Lake and experience the spiritual atmosphere of the region up close.
🕌 ŞANLIURFA HISTORICAL CENTER
Following our visit to Balıklıgöl, we see the Rızvaniye Mosque, the Mevlid-i Halil Complex, the Cave of Prophet Abraham and the Halil-ür Rahman Mosque. Accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we discover Şanlıurfa’s religious and cultural history.
🏘️ DEPARTURE FOR HARRAN
Following our city tour of Şanlıurfa, we head toward Harran, which stands out with its history spanning thousands of years. Bearing traces of different civilizations in historical sources, Harran is one of the most special settlements in Southeastern Anatolia, with its distinctive architecture and ancient history.
🏠 HARRAN DOME HOUSES
Upon arriving in Harran, we first see the famous Harran Dome Houses, which have become a symbol of the region. These traditional houses, notable for their conical domes, reflect Harran’s distinctive architectural identity.
🏰 HARRAN CASTLE & HISTORICAL RUINS
As our tour continues, we see Harran Castle and the city walls, and discover the historical ruins belonging to Harran University, which was once an important center of science and education, accompanied by our guide’s explanations.
✈️ DEPARTURE FOR ADANA AIRPORT
Following our visit to Harran, we come to the end of our tour and depart for Adana Airport for our return journey. After completing the procedures at the airport, we begin our return journey to İzmir on the 22:45 flight.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the participant's use of the Airplane Platinum GAP Tour • Ramadan Holiday Special organized by Izmir Tour World.
3. GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION
The tour is organized as 5 days / 4 nights. Within the scope of the airplane tour departing from Izmir, the route includes Adana, Gaziantep, Halfeti, Nemrut, Diyarbakır, Hasankeyf, Midyat, Mardin, Gobeklitepe, Sanliurfa and Harran.

5. TRANSPORTATION
SunExpress economy class round-trip flight tickets and luxury vehicle transportation services are provided throughout the tour program. The outbound flight is Izmir–Cukurova, and the return flight is Cukurova–Izmir.
6. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is arranged on the 1st night in Gaziantep, 2nd night in Diyarbakır, 3rd night in Mardin/Midyat, and 4th night in Sanliurfa. Specific hotel names are not specified in the source program; accommodation facilities are determined based on tour operations and availability. 7. MEAL PLAN

9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Lunches, museum/ancient site/national park entrance fees, travel health insurance difference for guests over 65 years old, and extra activities are not included in the tour price. Halfeti boat tour is 450 TL, Nemrut tour is 700 TL, Midyat night tour is 450 TL, and Sanliurfa Sıra Gecesi is 1,600 TL. Midyat Reyhani night without meal is 1,750 TL, with meal is 3,000 TL. The price of the Hasankeyf boat tour is not specified in the source program.
10. PROGRAM CHANGES
Necessary changes may be made to the program due to weather conditions, transportation, operational requirements, or force majeure events.
11. EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Halfeti boat tour, Nemrut tour, Midyat night tour, Sanliurfa Sıra Gecesi, Midyat Reyhani night, and Hasankeyf boat tour are within the scope of extra activities. Extra service prices may change seasonally.
12. ENTRANCE FEES
Museum, ancient site, and national park entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
13. TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT
The tour price is the sales price valid at the time of reservation. For reservation, 25% of the total tour price can be paid online. The remaining 75% balance can be completed in the vehicle on the tour day. Participants can also make payment via bank transfer or EFT.
14. PRICE CHANGES
In new reservations, the current sales price on the reservation date is valid. Fees related to confirmed reservations are evaluated within the framework of contract terms.
15. INSURANCE
Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour. Travel health insurance difference applicable for guests over 65 years old is not included in the tour price.
16. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Since the tour is organized under the Ramadan Holiday and special dates/campaign products, cancellation and refund cannot be made.
17. DATE CHANGE
Date change is not automatically a free right. Requests are evaluated within the scope of the relevant tour cancellation conditions. Date change is not applied in special dates, holidays, semester breaks, mid-term breaks, festivals, New Year, promotional, or campaign tours.
18. RESERVATION TRANSFER
Written notification is required within 12 hours from the reservation for transferring the reservation to another person. The same reservation type must be maintained. There is no transfer right in early reservations, promotions, special dates, campaigns, or discounted products.
19. SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DEATH
Health conditions of the participant or first-degree relatives that prevent normal working life for 7 days and are officially documented may be specially evaluated. A report from a fully equipped state hospital is required. In case of death, an official document must be submitted. Documents must be sent within 1 day if they arise before the service starts or during the service.
20. NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR
If the participant does not appear at the start of the tour and does not communicate afterwards, the reservation may be cancelled after 6 hours. In this case, no fee refund is made.
21. AGENCY CANCELLING THE TOUR
If the tour cannot be realized due to operational requirements, insufficient participation, or force majeure events, options applicable to the participant will be communicated.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, serious weather conditions, suspension of transportation, and similar situations outside the control of the parties are evaluated as force majeure.
23. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
The participant is obliged to comply with the scheduled departure times, follow the guide's instructions, and avoid behaviors that would hinder the implementation of the tour program.
24. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Rules of the relevant facility or carrier apply regarding lost or damaged personal belongings.
25. PRE-TOUR INFORMATION
The participant is informed of necessary movement and organization information before the tour. It is the participant's responsibility to keep the contact information provided during reservation up to date.
26. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
It is the responsibility of legal representatives to prepare all necessary documents for travel for participants under 18 years of age.
27. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of reservation and service realization is processed within the scope of relevant legislation and KVKK.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The participant's rights arising from the currently effective consumer legislation and relevant legal regulations are reserved.
29. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the application of the agreement, the currently effective consumer legislation, travel agency legislation, package tour regulations, and other relevant legal provisions are taken as basis.
30. AGREEMENT COPY
The participant may request a copy of the agreement digitally or in writing.
31. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
The participant declares that by completing the reservation process, they accept the tour program, included and excluded services, payment conditions, cancellation and refund terms, date change and transfer conditions.
